Growing Microgreens in a Mason Jar

Master Gardener Lori Jo Showalter teaches a class on growing microgreens in a Mason jar. Microgreens are vegetable greens, harvested after sprouting. Class participants make their own seed sprouting jar and are given seeds to start their first windowsill micro-garden.
