Make-a-Palooza at the Public Library for Union County

STEAM up your engines with a family maker day at the Public Library for Union County on Saturday, September 23 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Build with LEGOs, experiment with robotics, play with great tech toys like Sphero, Snap Circuits®, Minecraft Stop-Motion and littleBits™. While you are here make something great with the library’s brand new 3D printer. Explore the amazing powers of science, technology, engineering, art, and math together! STEAM kits and toys provided by the William R. and Esther Richmond Foundation through the PNC Charitable Trusts Grant. The 3D printer was funded by students in the Bison Henley’s for Library Needs Company, a part of the Bucknell University Management 101. No registration required.

Grab your friends and meet the inventor of the Play Impossible Gameball™ and learn how it works. The Play Impossible Gameball™ is an inflatable ball with a small brain inside. Once connected to a smart phone, the games are endless and fun. A rapid charging stick refuels the ball for two more hours of play in just 20 seconds — while you catch your breath.
