Fishing Polls & Tackle Boxes
Adults age 18 or older can borrow fishing equipment from the Public Library for Union County and Herr Memorial Library! The fishing polls and tackle boxes were donated by the PA Fish & Boat Commission.
- Bring in a valid driver’s license or Union County Library System library card.
- Fill out a Loan Agreement
- Bring back the fishing equipment after 1 or 2 weeks
Borrows will be asked to fill out a short survey form for the PA Fish & Boat Commission. *Note: The library does not issue fishing licenses. Visit PA Fish & Boat Commission for fishing license info.

Borrow a loop and loom kit from the West End Library! These looms make adorable pot holders. Make one pot holder for you and then one for the library to sell for fundraising.

Check out any of the 56 animal Folkmanis puppets. Each puppet comes with a tag featuring some interesting facts about the animal. Discover all of the puppets using the online catalog, search for “toy.”
